All of our machines come with a 12 Month parts warranty and can be upgraded for a small fee up to 60 months. A full range of replacement parts for all models are stocked in our Southern California warehouse. Most parts can be shipped next-day air to minimize any downtime and ensure you are able to provide your guests with their frozen delicacies as quickly as possible. We offer a full line of replacement parts that may be needed after the one year warranty as well.
Repairs to your machines can been done by local and trusted HVAC companies or restaurant equipment maintenance companies.
We will provide the technicians with repair and troubleshooting manuals, and will troubleshoot and/or walk the technician through the repair over the phone or via video conference (Skype or FaceTime). Our machines are designed from the ground up to be easy to diagnose and easy to repair.
Don’t have a local technician? No problem! We have a network of local service technicians that know our machines in many cities. If we do not currently have one near you, we will help find a local company to support you. Or you can purchase an onsite Warranty extension for your Pasmo units. (Restrictions apply. Not available in all locations as of 05/01/2016)

Easy to maintainPasmo units are the easiest units to maintain. In fact, you can open the skins via coin slot access with a quarter, no special tools needed. Our machines have been engineered to be easy to use, maintain and to keep your long term costs down.

No special PartsIn fact, any refrigeration company can service our units and we will get on a phone or video call to help them diagnose and fix any issue with the machines. All Pasmo parts are made by the largest Manufacturers in the world.

No hostage takingRather than give a fiefdom to a local dealer and only allow them to work on your machine and charge you whatever they feel like, we make our machines easy to have any local repair company fix. Not happy with a service provider? Its as easy as calling us or opening the yellow pages.
